SHIPPING POLICY

• Customers nationwide, after choosing products and confirming details, will make payment directly to the delivery staff. vietmedic.vn will deliver goods through the following methods:

• Standard Delivery

• Coverage: Nationwide

• Shipping Fee: Depending on the delivery area, the fee will vary and will be informed accordingly.

• Delivery Time: 1–2 days for orders within Ho Chi Minh City, and 2–4 days for other provinces and cities.

• Express Delivery

• Coverage: Within Ho Chi Minh City

• Shipping Fee: May vary depending on the carrier’s current pricing. vietmedic.vn will confirm and inform customers of the exact fee before delivery.

• Delivery Time: Super-fast, within 1 hour from the time the order is confirmed.

• If the delivery is handled by or assigned to vietmedic.vn, the company will take responsibility for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during the shipping process.

• If the delivery service is chosen and arranged by the customer, then the customer will bear full responsibility for the goods and any risks (loss or damage) during shipping. The customer will also be responsible for related fees and losses.

• In case of delivery delays or service interruptions, vietmedic.vn will promptly inform the customer and allow the option to cancel the contract if desired.

• During delivery, if the customer requests invoices or documents, the company will send them via the email provided by the customer during the ordering process.

INSPECTION POLICY

• Upon receiving the goods, customers must carefully check the products before accepting (it is recommended to record a video while unboxing). If any issue is found, please immediately notify the delivery staff, and we will promptly resolve and replace the product.

• If unexpected issues arise from the customer’s side, vietmedic.vn will provide flexible support in cases such as:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer requests to reschedule delivery

  • Force majeure situations (natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc.)
